Dancing Parties of Youth and Students Held
Pyongyang, April 10 (KCNA) -- Dancing parties of youth and students were held in different parts of the country on Wednesday on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's election as chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission.
Plazas of the Tower of the Juche Idea, the Monument to Party Founding, the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium and other places of the capital turned into veritable seas of dancing youth and students greatly excited and pleased to recollect the days when the whole country was immensely rejoiced at the election of Kim Jong Il, great brilliant commander of Songun, as chairman of the NDC.
They enthusiastically danced to the tune of songs including "Thunder on Jong Il Peak," "Our General Is Best," "Let's Sing of Our Pride of Being under the Guidance of the General," "Twelve Months for Songun Victory" and "Songun Nilliri."
Similar dancing parties took place in all provinces, cities and counties across the country.
