at first reading i thought, hmm, just a copy of the game, that's not too bad, but then i thought about it and realized... if anything, they should be pleased you're mentioning it to potential members of their core audience. It's just an homage, just a quick moment and you never wanted to have to get into this. Hell, i'd be scared that the guy just wrote me -- that's how passive copyright law can make some of us. So, I think you made the right choice. Punish them for pursuing such piddling claims. Just because they're lawyers doesn't mean we should all have to go out and hire one.
