I was very proud to have contributed some of my own accumulated knowledge to the Against the Day Wiki (Mock Duck is a real gangster, not just a vegetarian fowl substitute.)
I am on the lookout for that Alex Cox book now. I always feel like I'm only watching half of "Straight to Hell" and that there's a whole other reel someplace that would make everything clear.
