I think that was a good idea, whether or not she gets to read it before she arrives, or is even allowed to say anything (what a weird clause!) During the whole time Chicago was trying to be named the 2016 Olympic city, I was one of those "haters" who kept pointing out what the whole thing would cost, and who would be paying for it, but the overwhelming sentiment seemed to be "we WANT it, and we'll think about the costs later!"
