the word you were looking for is "ordered," and I think your observation is perfect. I made some sort of laughing noise out loud- now I can't think of the word for it. Not a snicker, a chuckle, a chortle... sort of a muffled laugh that sneaks out when you're enjoying some dark humour. (Sorry for enjoying the dark humour of your "situation," B, but I'm sure it sometimes occurs to you, too, or at least I hope so. ~RCR
