Really? Your flashing ability cannot be bought? It must be truly impressive then. ;)

It's priceless, in that it's worthless!

Besides, the Criminal Code still contains offences relating to "Acts intended to alarm Her Majesty": http://www.canlii.org/ca/sta/c-46/sec49.html

James Barber!
He lives in the country around here, somewhere...

According to Amazon, he's releasing a book this year - finally. But there are no plans to reprint his orginal three - which were the first cookbooks I ever fell in love with, sparking a giant obsession which lasts to this day.

I always wished he were my Grandpa.

Actually, he lives on Pender Island. My dad sees him in the food shops there sometimes, and maintains that he is a terrible snob.

Those first three cookbooks were great. I have picked them up singly, and got a boxed set of three that were on sale once at Chapters. Wish I'd grabbed two.

That's dissapointing - I always mock when canadian celebrities are snobs - it's a big fish tiny pond situation, and they mustn't take themselves that seriously.

The little first three books are going for upwards of $40 each on abebooks.com - shocking, and they ought to be reprinted.
