Treatment of Leg Ulcers.
Good results in the treatment of leg ulcers can be obtained by painting them with lead carbonate and linseed oil in the following proportion: pure white lead, ground in oil, 10 drams, raw linseed oil 4 drams, mix well and label. Paint the ulcer once or twice a day, after washing it with warm water. Dry well before painting. The best thing to apply the remedy with is a camel's-hair brush.
